Stem cell–based therapies offered at our clinic use human cells, tissues, and cellular- and tissue-based products (HCT/Ps). These are not FDA-approved drugs. Individual results vary and no particular outcome is promised. Always consult a licensed physician regarding your specific medical situation.

You agree not to use this website to:

As a patient or prospective patient, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health information
• Follow treatment plans and medical advice as prescribed
• Pay for services rendered according to agreed-upon terms
• Inform us of any changes to your health status or medications
• Respect clinic staff, other patients, and clinic property

Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation will be provided via email or phone.

Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Late arrivals: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Excessive lateness may result in rescheduling.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved financing options.

Insurance: Many regenerative medicine treatments are not covered by insurance. We will provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

Refunds: Due to the nature of medical services, refunds are generally not provided once treatment has been administered. Our results-based promise offers additional stem cell support for the same condition at 50% off our standard rate if the improvement anticipated in your original treatment plan is not achieved, as detailed during your consultation and reviewed at your six-month follow-up.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of SuperHumanHealing and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

This website may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of those sites.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
